Marlboro Mustangs Football is under the Marlboro Boys and Girls Club. (www.mbgc.org) Our Football program is one of the top football programs in the State of Maryland. Although many championships are won by the program, the number one goal is developing the players. Approximately 300 players come through our program each year and we are able to place every player on a team. We have a team for every age, size, and ability. If you want your children) to learn the game of football, make lifelong friends, and experience a great organization, Marlboro Mustangs Football is the place to be.

Mandatory Volunteer Hours

Upper Marlboro’s everyday operations depend on the active involvement of all its families. Each family must provide a minimum of five hours per season of service to the club.  Volunteers are needed to help at the concession stand, mandatory play sheet, holding of the chains and down markers and cleaning of the field before and after each game.

MVA ID Cards Now

Every player is required to have a Maryland MVA ID Card issued by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. it takes approximately 1-2 weeks to receive your card in the mail after you have applied. For more information on the MVA ID  process, please visit http://license.mva.maryland.gov/CheckList/default.aspx.

Marlboro Teams can begin working out June 1st.  
Official Tackle Practices Starts July 9th (no pads)
(6:30pm-8:30pm)

*Practice will be every day until school start*

*Friday practices will be optional for each individual team*

**Scrimmages will begin Saturday, August 6th**

Equipment Handout start the week of  

 August 3rd
Teams can start wearing equipment after this date. 

**Must be registered to receive Helmet and Shoulder Pads (No Exceptions)** 

$150 Equipment rental fee

($75 refunded at return of equipment)

                 The Marlboro Mustang Football Program is committed to the youth of this Community. With the rising cost of living, it is financially beneficial that our children, who possess the potential to acquire scholarships, do so undeterred. This is true for those who are academically gifted as well as for those who are gifted athletically. The reason many of our athletically gifted children do not achieve athletic success at a higher rate due to the lack of specialized skills and positional training programs and facilities within this community.

The Mustang program is specifically designed to prepare our young athletes to achieve their goals and aspirations. As a member of the Mustang Football family, your child will receive the care and preparation necessary for success. As our relationships grow and prosper, so will your child’s desire to be the best he can be.

Your child’s participation in Marlboro Football Training Camps and Elite Football programs will guarantee a marked improvement in their athletic ability, skill level, speed, endurance, agility and, intensity.
